Welcome to Breakwater Bulldogges.
We are a very small family breeder of Olde English Bulldogges, located in Kennebunkport Maine. We breed for structure, health, temperament, agility & intelligence. Our dogges are well socialized with other dogges, people and situations. They attend training classes and we feel very strongly about the bond structured training creates between owner and pet. It is our goal to fit you with one of our dogges, providing them with a forever home and you a forever friend. Our dogges are raised inside our home as a part of our family. They do not live in outdoor kennels or on outside tie outs. They enjoy outside time playing ball or Frisbee or just being a dog chewing on a stick. They LOVE the beach and LOVE to swim, yes these bulldogges can swim! They are spoiled and pampered in every way possible.
The Olde English Bulldogge is a completely different breed then the English Bulldog. The "Oldie" is bred to be freer of the many health problems that plague the English Bulldog. They have less breathing, skin, hip & eye problems. They are free breeders and whelpers. They are atheletic, loyal & naturally protecting.
